Delano Residences & Hotel Miami is a 90-story, pre-construction supertall tower, developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) in alliance with Ennismore and Accor, marking the first residential project of the iconic Delano brand. Designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott with Cube3 as the Registry and Interior Architect of the acclaimed Meyer Davis studio, the tower rises approximately 985 feet and will become the second Supertall Tower in Downtown Miami. It offers 421 fully finished and furnished residences, divided into two collections: La Delano Collection (floors 20–47) suitable for short-term income, and Las Delano Residences (floors 49–75) for long-term housing deadline Residences range from studio suites to three-bedroom units, with floor-to-ceiling windows, Italkraft kitchens with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and Smart Home technology.
